Our take on electric vehicles.

Since the inception of my Instagram @LivingEVs, I have met a lot of people in the community. This website will be a collaboration space where latest electric vehicle news, along with people general experience with them.

Why should we switch to electric?

Savings, estimates reveal standard petrol vehicles cost around 230% more to run and maintain than an EV! According to energysage.com “The average cost to operate an EV in the United States is $485 per year, while the average for a gasoline-powered vehicle is $1,117. “
Better for the environment, even with standard electricity production an electric vehicle are around 17 – 30% lower than driving a petrol or diesel car.

The production of the car is offset by driving for around 8,000 miles + battery production is becoming more efficient and reclining is becoming important.

Over a year, just one electric car on the roads can save an average 1.5 million grams of CO2. That’s the equivalent of four return flights from London to Barcelona.
Fun and engaging, with instant torque and even the base models boosting a decent amount of torque. Get yourself in a Model 3 or Porsche Taycan and experience very quick and predictable steering.
